pop up new window to be same size in all browsers

Project Description:
We need a javascript code to open a new window when a text or image is clicked. The problem is that the window isn't the same size inall the browsers and sometimes chops off part of the image in the new window. At the moment our script reads:

This is fine in ie but firefox chops the image in the new window. Having the window centred would be nice.
