Project Description:
I am looking for a resource who would normally be on line part of our working hours between 8am and 5pm MST Arizona time. As a virtual resource you would have an agreed to hourly rate and some minimum number of hours – like 8 hours a week. You would have high but not necessarily 100% availability via instant message for small questions and some responsiveness for a need to join in a web meeting for more collaborative sessions.
My primary need is for live interaction with an experienced engineer. This is not a need that can readily be converted to an outsourced project.
IM interaction needs to be direct with an individual who is capable of answering programming syntax, SQL query challenges, Jquery/CSS issues etc.
You would need to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and be trusted with remote access to some development machines.
