Project Description:
I need someone or a group to convert a PSD file created by me into a working html&css website. Designer will work directly with a PHP programmer to integrate several website components into one full website. Budget is tight so please remember this when you bid.
This position will also be responsible for creating additional pages from pre-written and/or scanned documents for digital conversion.
Please provide details in your PM regarding estimated completion time line (for the conversion), prior experiences, and example website design skills. Prior experience is a plus but not a requirement. You must be creative and able to make recommendations of changes and/or enhancements as you go along.
