I need some very basic edits to some existing html/css pages:
(Only HTML/CSS is needed, we have a backend programmer).
1. Redesign the left hand menu for better usability
2. Design & create 2 new lightboxes
-One has email and message input
-Second one has select from a list
3. Move two buttons
4. Design and format 3 "mini-pages" (tabbed) within a page
