Excellent Freelance Web Designer Needed

Hi to everyone. I am looking for a freelance web designer, this could lead into a long term work relationship as for I am expanding my online business in the next coming months. Please read the requirements below to get this job. Must have: - able to show samples of past and recent works - able to work and dedicate at least 4 hours a day and 5 days a week - with good knowledge in XHTML, CSS and Javascript - with good knowledge in Photoshop - fast, dedicated, reliable - and, lastly able to create High Quality designs It's good to have (but not required) knowledge/understanding in: - Flash - PHP - and SEO For those who are interested please send me a PMB for more details.
