I would like to test an idea via a minimalistic product that can be further developed over time with more functionality. I am after a paid coder but will consider some kind of partial partnership with the right person.
In summary I believe I desire a HTML5 bookmarking Content Management System for my "online browser tab concept". The CMS should be a stand alone or within the WordPress framework and it should be fully editable by individual users through its CMS.
Each tab records the URL to display and I would like a more dynamic method than my current iframe solution as some sites have the ability to block iframes and hence why in this rough example I added image? Websites should treat the solution like a stand alone browser and not just a site calling up an iframe the height should also be dynamic and adjusted to content automatically. Obviously a native browser app would be the simplest solution but my reasoning for the HTML5 code is so that I can easily distribute it across devices and app stores. For the minimalistic version I am open to your suggestion as my task is to test the market but if I was to be forced to choose one native device only I guess I would choose the iPad first and I would like the possibility of 3 levels of tabs or even as many as the users desires but two levels would be fine for the first minimalistic version.
I would prefer a native English speaker for this project (westerner) and I would like to pay for work done plus I would like to eventually partner with the coder to build further features on top of the online browser foundation but I would first need to make sure you can execute and we share a similar vision.
I have been burnt by freelancers before where they released something partially complete very quickly, getting a partial payment from me after which they were not able to complete the project. My Education Social Network called My Social Teacher - My Social Teacher is still dead after losing significant amount of money without a complete product as I got tricked to go outside of freelancer. I am a little bit more experienced now.
In summary I desire a minimalistic but fully working prototype to test the market that I can build upon later. I am even considering a Chrome extension or something similar if its a cheaper market measuring alternative. I will only pay through freelancer and will only release the money once I have some kind of full functionality (confidence) and not just a layout.
