I am having some issues with Jquery UI Dialog box.

I have two issues, and need both to be resolved.
Issue # 1: Display issues with Internet Explorer 8
Details: The dialog box displays in a funny manner when viewed in IE8. Scroll bars appear and the sizing is not accurate. I need the successful bidder to modify the js code to allow it to work properly in IE8.
Issue # 2: Offset display inside iframes
Details: I am using the jquery dialog box in a facebook application. The facebook application has an FBML start page, with an FB:iframe tag that loads most of my content. I do this in order to allow my javascript functions to work without converting them to FBJS.
The problem is that the dialog box does not center on the screen since it is inside the iframe. This is a problem as it does not take into account the fact that the iframe has been scrolled. So if I have an item at the bottom of the iframe, and click something to popup the dialog, the dialog is all the way on top, and the user needs to scroll to read it.
I want the successful bidder to modify the js code to allow the dialog box to show up and position itself just as it would if I was not using iframes.
The successful bidder should fix both problems. The time frame is 3 days. THIS IS A SIMPLE TASK, AND I AM LOOKING AT BIDS UNDER $100.
