Looking for the best, fastest HTML/CSS coders

* Are you an awesome HTML/CSS coder? * Can you code a site with standards-complaint XML that passes the W3C validator? * Do you know how to code with 100% clean, semantic markup? * Are you a master of CSS? * Do you test your code on both Windows and Mac, on IE, Firefox, and Safari? We are looking to find the best HTML and CSS coders to code pages from PSD's we design, as we design them, for our startup, on an ongoing basis. We'll start with a few sample pages and send you more as we design them on an as-needed basis. We don't know how many pages there will ultimately be, it depends on how big the site gets.
