Modernising a beautiful SWF site and I need one HTML5 page that looks and acts the same as the Flash page.
Experts in JavaScript and HTML/CSS only. Quality work & optimized coding required! This SWF is XML fed, so the HTML5 page should also be.

1) Dynamic transition effect between the website's background images
2) Fade in/out effect on the 'pages' (about us, our services, etc) when they are opened/closed
3) Show/hide effect on the 'close' text next to the close button
4) The transparency change of the logo when the website is first visited
5) Sliding effect from right to left on the navigation menu when the website is first visited
6) Sliding effect on the 'pages' (about us, our services, etc) when they are opened/closed
7) Sliding effect on the logo plus the navigation menu when a 'page' (about us, our services, etc) is opened/closed
