Project Description:

The project creating a small header section that drops-in from the top of the site after the page has loaded to highlight some content.

You would be taking a PhotoShop Mockup and converting it to a working piece of code that should be easy to drop in.

There are 2 parts to the Job.

1) You will turn the PSD mockup I have created into a CSS and HTMl Design. The words must be don't in text.

2) Use Javascript to make the header drop-in 1 second after page load and push the main content down the required amount.

The idea is that I am trying to highlight the content in the new section after the user comes on the page but still allow the user to view the main content by scrolling down or closing the pop-down.
