Project Description:
I am creating a website using Wordpress
The menu is based on the UberMenu plugin it is vertical and in flyout mode.
I want the menu to be persistent.
a. Essential: When click on a 3rd level menu the content page is selected but the submenus stay open and show the current page.
b. Desirable: When click on a top level menu or 2nd level menu the associated submenu toggles on/off.
c. Essential: Written instructions on how the implementation was done so that I can support / reapply the changes if any updates to the site cause the function to stop working.

The ubermenu help forum advises that
Persistent submenus can be approximated using the UberMenu API functions http://wpmegamenu.com/help/#js-api
Ideally am looking for a freelancer who has
worked with Ubermenu API functions
Preference will be given to Freelancers who can show/reference specific work done in this area before.
Overview of how they will do it with instructions at the completion of the project
