Project Description:
We have a GPS system using OPENGTS the system works ok but we need to make some changes to way it looks and add support to EIRS shape files. Now opengts support open layer and open street formats API web maps. The following is what we need.
1. We have the EIRS SHAPE files for the city we need in Mexico. We need some one that really understand OPEN LAYER OR OPEN-STREET and create a web map for us using the shape files that we have.
2. OPENGTS has XML and JAVA-SCRIP support to get the map display and geocode from open street or open layer.
We are open to suggestions as long we accomplish the goal. Display the data that we have from the shape files in to or gps opengts system and read from it for geo reverse coding or geo coding for address.
Also we need some one that can change the colors of OPENGTS system and the way it looks to a more professional way. Change Images and layout.
We need some one that really understand JAVA SCRIPTING, EIRS FILES and MYSQL
