Store locator with integrated excel/csv

Project Description:
I have a store locator I have made in flash:

There are a few problems with it.
1. all the stores/countries are added manually. I would like this to be done by a single excel file (or csv if needed).
2. The scroll bar I have made on longer listings (click USA for example) hardly functions when using the scroll wheel and is not smooth.
3. it is in flash and not viewable via mobile devices

I would like this to be changed to html / javascript. I would like for the fade effect to remain.

I would like the formatting to remain the same look.
