fix up CSS and embedd an xml feed into page.

we need some CSS design fixup.
in the following 1 single page

exact details.
we would like to make the design identical to the official google search results page.
-The results should be on the center and resized according to the screen resolution.
-the yellow Rectanglar section on top
(which will need to contain an XML feed of sponsored ads.)
should be above the search results and should not appear if there are no ads feeds.
see attached image.

-the side bar should be on the right side of both the sponsored and organic results
-The footer div should be forced to stay on the bottom
