iOS and Android quiz app using Titanium

The quiz mobile app allows a user to take a quiz. The quiz itself has multiple questions and is specified as an XML file bundled with the mobile app locally. The user can share the quiz score over Facebook or Twitter.
.It must be structured as follows:
a db (in sqllite or whatever) that contains the questions organized by categories,
a graphic interfaces where you can choose the type of test
an interface where to carry out the tests consist of 1 question with 5 replies
an interface where you see the correct and incorrect answers that were given.
an interface where you can download other questions available through the application
The app needs to be built with Appcelerator Titanium and deployed to iOS and Android. The complete spec is ready and will show to the selected bidder. You must have done Titanium projects for iOS and Android before, experience is required. The budget is $100, but if you have a good design and make the app looks nice, I will pitch in another $20.
