Flash and Javascript

My Homepage needs to have the skin change color based on the version of the homepage the user sees. The video player color control is handled by a variable named “imageID” with the values set to either 1, 2, 3 or 4 (e.g., imageID=1). Flash is looking for the imageID variable at the root. This needs to be handled in the JS file. All what I need is the code for make that happend...and remember the flash file is looking for a variable a the root.
