I have a PDF form file which involve calculation. The form has a built-in document level script that made calculation possible. But since there are 2 types of form in a single PDF file the script worked on 1 type of form but not the other.

Ok, firstly based on the file there are 2 types of form. Page 1&2 is one type form while page 3,4&5 is another.
In page 1, whenever a number is inserted in any fields in the 'RATE' column, it will get multiplied and totaled in the 'AMOUNT' column. All these totals will then summed up at the bottom. Note that the fields name in the 'AMOUNT' column starts with Amt. and the summed up field name at the bottom start with Total. This total would then copied over to page 2. Another thing, in page 2 there is a red TOTAL UP button which when clicked will sum up all the copied over totals. So, as far as page 1 & 2 is concerned it works the way I want.
Now, move over to page 3,4 & 5. This form is actually a 3 set calculation i.e for Type A1a, Type A1b & Type A2a. As far as horizontal calculations are concerned it works the way I want. When a number is inserted in the 'Rate' column it gets multiplied accordingly with the 'Quantity' columns and then totaled up in the 'Amount' columns. Only thing is, the totals in the 'Amount' columns did not summed up correctly at the bottoms even though the field names in the 'Amount' columns start with Amt. like in page 1. Also there is a red 'TOTAL UP' button in page 5 that should also works the way it works in page 2.
Now, your task is to make this form in page 3,4&5 pages works the way it works in page 1 & 2.
There is a document level script in the file which you can view and might have to be improved to cater the form in page 3,4&5.
