Creating a Joomla 2.5/3.0 template from an existing Design/Layout

Project Description:
I need somebody who creates a joomla template for me, based on a ready design (PSDs are available).

It is required to use the well known "blank template" (please see http://blank.vc/). It supports Joomla 2.5 and 3.0 and uses Twitter's Bootstrap CSS Framework. So the person who is doing the job will take my design and creates a joomla template with the blank template. I don't want any other framework to be used and I also expect that the person knows what he is doing and knows Joomla pretty well.

I need all aspects of a joomla template being fulfilled, so the template needs to be complete and covers everything that a standard joomla installation offers. I know very well that there will be overrides required for certain things like contacts, links and other extensions that ship with joomla by default. So all these overrides need to be done as well, where necessary. I will test it and tell you if you forgot something.

The template needs to be responsive for mobile devices. The design is simple enough to make this possible.

If there are things not covered in the design for joomla, you will have the freedom to fill the gaps with your ideas, as long as they fit with the existing design and the joomla template will be complete.

I need all images that you slice from my PSDs to be within one folder, so please don't organize them in subfolders. Sounds funny, but I need it that way.

I won't accept any sudden changes in pricing throughout the project, the bid you make is fixed and the result should be final.
Anyone who is biding on this knows how much work an average template is, so really, forget to tell me this or that will cost some extra bucks. Otherwise I will cancel the project and gain my milestones back.

When biding, I need samples of what you created FOR JOOMLA in the past. I am not interested in HTML or Wordpress examples but just Joomla. English is a must.

The rights for the template will stay in full on my side.
