Upgrade site to latest version of joomla and match old stlye

Project Description:
This is a project to complete a half finished job by another programmer.What we were after was an upgrade of the joomla to the latest version, along with bringing over all the modules and components (like JACLPlus and Community Builder) also, the programmer never finished bringing over the styles for all the pages, so that will need to be checked and corrected.
Please make sure you understand upgrading joomla and all the issues related to that.
We have the current level of completion on a development server, and once it is completed and approved, then it can be taken across to the live location.

The current site is www.selfinsurers.com and the new version is at http://www.selfinsurers.com/dev/
For the most part, a lot of the work is done, namely the install and the upgrade. It is mostly just finishing off the stylesheets on some of the logged in areas and checking all the components/modules have been brought across or upgraded for the new version of joomla.
