Create a new table in MYSQL (SERIAL_NUMBERS) with the following fields;
Serial_No
Description
Product_Type
Weight
Colour
Cost
SOLD (Y/N)
Create a Register Warrantee Form in JOOMLA
User enters SERIAL Number and clicks a VALIDATE Button. Validation confirms Serial No exists, then displays the following fields to complete;
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Mobile Phone
Purchase Date
Dealer Name
Dealer Email
On Submit a PDF is created and emailed to the DEALER, OWNER and myself. The PDF contains the above fields and 6 pages of standard terms and conditions text.
Save all to the database
