I'm a very busy web designer, and frankly I'm sick of coding. I am currently offering all clients an integrated CMS standard with any website purchase.

I need a freelancer who is able to turn around a PSD to a fully installed Joomla site (with initial db installation). The keys to your winning this bid:
- experience. You MUST know Joomla inside out and sideways. Including custom development in the odd case that I need something built
- you have to respect deadlines. I have never delivered anything late to a client - you would need to do the same
- I need a flat rate for every project based on a very specific scope document. 90% of these projects will be a basic brochure site with the odd curveball of a calendar, or form.

I would like to find a couple of solid freelancers to send all of my PSD to Joomla work. I have a few on deck ready to go.

But, please, if you aren't a Joomla pro with work to show, don't bother bidding. Reply with a list of Joomla sites which you have done.
