Our physical shop and our website both use www.imonggo.com as an EPOS. The EPOS offers a loyalty card application and customers from our shop register in store for the card and accrue a points balance with each purchase. The points can then be spent in store on future sales.
Both sales from the shop and website are processed into the Imonggo.com EPOS. Website sales are processed manually onto the EPOS.
The imonggo.com EPOS offers API to allow integration with other software.
We require a developer to integrate our Imonggo.com account with our Virtuamart website, so that customer orders received online automatically generate a sale in the imonggo.com EPOS and automatically register the customer with our loyalty card so that each online sale automatically accrues a loyalty card points balance, which can then be spent either online or in store.
This integration needs to work both ways - so that customers who register for the loyalty card in our physical store can then go online and check their personal details, points balance and see their purchase history. They too then have the choice to spend the points online or in store.
The points balance lifted from the imonggo EPOS should be available to customers to spend on the website, so should feature as a payment option in the check out stage of the website.
