I'd like to create a site (Joomla or Wordpress is fine) tentatively called "Anonymous Feedback" that allows people to first upload their documents (or use Scribd.com) to do so and then they can get comments/feedback from anonymous people.
So, for example, maybe you've written a novel and you want a fair objective opinion on it and so you don't want people to know who you are. Or maybe you're someone who loves to give feedback but you don't want people to know who you are so that you can be completely honest about it.
It's a way for writers to get anonymous feedback about the novels they write and people can actually tell the truth about it without worrying the writer will know who they are.
But here's the thing, you cannot upload the document unless you have commented/given feedback for at least 2 other people's documents.
And when you give comments/feedback they must be have a certain amount of Word count (otherwise someone could write 2 sentences quickly just to qualify for having their document read)
I, the administrator, on the back-end, should be able to delete/approve any inappropriate comments or documents. And in order to use the service to upload your document, you need to enter your email address (which is added to my database).
This way, when you get comments, they can be emailed to you because the comments I think should be private so that only the document owner can read them.
Also, people can vote other people's comments up or down or they can be flagged if they are inappropriate.
I can on the back-end, disqualify a poster so that people cannot view their document.
