I have a fully working website joomla 1.0.15 ( I own it and have full cpanel and ftp and super user access )
I want to clone the joomla site onto another server and make it work with a different domain

See attached text file for the current site URL and the new site URL

I will provide cpanel details, FTP and joomla super user datails.
