Joomle site needs some finishes touches

1) Site [login to view URL] Add an extra 'Kids' heading in the main menu. Currently when an extra heading is added it is pushed on the next line and messes up the homepage. (I understand the padding needs to bes changed in css file)
2) Site [login to view URL] This site was recently moved and all of the virtuemart images are not being displayed - modify the path in my script files and modify the links/url
3) Virtue Mart is already set up and working but I would like a shipping option set up. There are three product categories each with different weight. I would like VM to calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the products in the shopping cart.
