Project Description:
We plan to open an e-commerce site for our health food delivery business and have selected the Joomla platform for the website. Essentially our product falls into the same category as that of Pizza Hut however unlike pizzas it is advisable to eat our product on a much more regular basis! We have a domain and have uploaded a Joomart template which we have started to develop.
We require a variation on the current e-commerce plugins available for Joomla because we wish to use a combination of online sales via subscription/credits tied to a calendar.
Another difference, compared with regular online ordering, is that the system will also be tied into a POS (Point of sales) software package with a web services interface. Orders will be sent to the POS system by daily polling from the Joomla websites SQL database.

Other aspects that require consideration are how credits and subscription to packages expire. We would also like our members to be able to adjust, amend, edit, postpone and cancel their current package up to 24hours before delivery.
To offer our clients maximum flexibility orders can be postponed or canceled via SMS, although this is a separate service, it is one we would like to automate with the POS.
We would like to commence work on this project ASAP and invite experienced programmers/Joomla gurus to furnish quotations for the development of the online ordering system.
