Hello,
I'm looking for a simple website to market a holiday home for rent.

What's really important;
The finished site design must look "Designer" professional rather something derived from templates, be easy to update possibly using Joomla and CSS (text content, photographs, prices and availability calendar)

The primary source site for design/format is: http://www.assynthouse.com/index.html, from this site i would like the following pages to be produced: Home, Accomodation, Facilities, Activities/Album/Location/Terms and Conditions/Links/Testimonials.

Two Additional pages are required, they will use the same format as above but have with different content;

1) Price and Availability page (includes an updateable table for prices, some text narrative to explain pricing and an updateable availability calendar - I have the code for the calendar)

2) web Enquiry/booking form, with similar look and feel to the other pages the content will be the same as this lower part of this page (just the part after "Advertiser contact & booking information for property 403959" ; http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/p403959#contact



- I will provide all text content and photographs.
- I will also specify design elements such as colour schemes and fonts as necessary may be a good idea to use CSS, however I hope that the freelancer will have a good sense of web design to make the process easy.
- The content should be easy for me to edit or update (joomla or some content management)
- the final site should be stable,secure & user friendly.
- I will be available to assist,answer questions or queries on the design on a full-time basis during the week - you won't be left waiting for me to answer questions!
- I would like the final site to be uploaded and running on my host, I already have a host and domain name.
- Ideally I would like this work done as quickly as possible, say within 10 days, however I am prepared to wait if for the best designers if you are already busy!
