I currently offer a free website creation service and I am looking for a individual or company experienced in generating targeted leads. I basically need someone who can find small business owners that have businesses with no website and would like to have professional custom made websites for their business at no cost to them. The leads can come from anywhere in the world but they need to be fresh, from english speaking prospects, sold only to me and have already stated their interest in acquiring a website for their business. Volume-wise, I am looking to purchase about 500 leads.
