Review a trust deed used for SMSF's. This is an existing deed, fairly short. Just want a legal review to ensure it looks OK from a legal perspective.
This deed is used for setting up SMSF's and is listed on the website lited below under "Free Downloads".
The current deed we use to set up new funds fulfill all the requirements from the ATO. I am not necessarily looking to add more detail in it, just want to ensure there's no major flaws in it.
We need an Australian lawyer to review this and a sign-off certificate at the end confirming this Deed comply to ATO requirements. I will send the ATO requirements lising out as well. Please note we've had the Deed reviewed twice now and this is just for a third review to confirm all is OF and to have a formal sign-off. The 2 previous reviews did not give a formal compliance certificate.
