Write and submit articles and press releases

I am looking for someone who are capable of writing and submitting articles to article websites/categories and press releases. We will provide you with the articles, keywords and article site list. But you can get extra pay if you have more article websites to submit to. Basically the payment will be based on how many websites you submit our articles to.
Requirements
1. The article website must have at least PR3
2. The articles must be able to be indexed on google
3. The links (1-2 links) in the article must be DoFollow
4. You account must already have at least 10 articles prior.
5. Detailed spreadsheet report (url of the article on the site, submission date, article website PR)
Note:
1. We only count and pay for submission when you fulfill the requirement above.
2. You will receive 50% of total payment when the submission is done. And another 50% will be paid when the article page gets indexed by google.
3. This is an on going project.
Please quote for 10 articles on 10 article websites.
Im sorry I confused some people by the project description. You would need to write and submit the articles. They would need to be 500 words or more on the subject that I give you.
