We at Red Rock Consultants are a startup organization into Recruitments & Selection, HR Outsource, Professional Trainings & Foreign Language. Since we are a very nascent stage, we have started with just the Recruitments & Selection vertical as of now. I, Ranjit Singh Bhutani- Director @ Red Rock Consultants along with my team have a descent experience in Human Resources vertical with several corporates hence we have come up with this business model.
I am looking for people who can work as freelancers who just need to introduce Red Rock Consultants to organizations and help me fix meetings with the concerned person who takes care of the recruitment vertical ( like Sr.HR Manager, HR Head, HR Director etc) and who can delegate his recruitment requirements to us. We will meet this person and try our best to crack this meeting and get the requirements from them and get the client onboard. At the time of billing this client, whatever payout we receive, we will forward 20%-25% as commission of this amount to the freelancer who helped us get this business.
On a second option for a fixed payout, the freelancer can take Rs 1500-2000 per meeting as commission whether we are able to crack it or not for fixing the above mentioned meeting, in this option no other commission shall be to the freelancer.
