I am looking for someone that has extensive experience using only whitehat link building techniques to help develop 20 high quality permanent baclinks to my site for a single 2-word keyword phrase.

Below are my requirements:

* Detailed Excel project spreadsheet report at time of project completion.
* Links must be on sites that relate to Computers and internet, internet service providers, internet Access or ISP.
* No link exchange programs.
* Links are not to be spammy.
* No link farms accepted.
* No forums, blog comments, directories, guestbooks, classified links, bookmarking links.
* Only backlinks from English Websites mainly from united states.
* Links must be on pages with a PR of 6 or higher.
* Only one link per domain will be counted, so all 300 links must come from different domains.
* Links must be permanent.
* No use of blackhat link building software.
* No labeled, sponsored, blackhat or unethical links please.
* All links must be DoFollow.
* All links must be text links.
* No gambling, adult, porn, warez, etc. sites.

The link builder should be highly experienced. Must know how to verify a quality backlink. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you.

Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Greyhat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link.

You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date acquired.
