Permanent Link Building Project 200 One Way Links

Project Description:
Experienced Link Builder required for 200 One-Way, permanent, non-reciprocal links from pages with a Google PR 4+.

All links must be form websites and pages that are related to house cleaning, cleaning services, etc...

Anchor text keywords and corresponding URL will be provided.

No automated software or any other illegal linking methods to be used, links must be added manually. Black-hat or grey-hat methods will not be accepted.

Please do not bid if you have no link building experience or low feedback. Payment will be released after all links have been published. Milestones can be set as well.

We reserve the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines.


Guidelines:

- Links must be strictly from: Google PR4+ Pages (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed) Pls. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT GIVE PR4+ back links
- Websites must be thematic eg home cleaning etc.
- Between 8-10 links per day. Links per day negotiable though
- 1 link per domain
- Links must be strictly from Google PR4+ Pages (ranking from; home page, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count)
- All links must be permanent html links
- No subdomains accepted, all links must be from the main domain
- Link pages and links must be visible, readable, and indexable.
- Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.
- Websites and pages with the links must be active and in service
- There should be not more than 20 Outbound links on the link page
- Pages with links must be accessible from the main page through or any sub page and can not be hidden
- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
- Detailed report to be provided on every day that includes the following details:
- URL (clickable hyperlink),
- Site Name,
- Site Type,
- Google Page Rank,
- IP address,
- Date submitted,
- Status
- Number of outbound links from the linked page
- Link Anchor Text
- Target URL of the link
