Asterisk- Send voice message

Summary: A user will be able to enter the request on a webpage and this will send a message/song stored in a database to the desired number. A registered user should be able to enter three (3) parameters: 1. The desired song/message (preferred 4-digits), 2. The number the song/message should be sent to & 3. A field for the name of the person sending. The person receiving the call should hear the name of the person sending (text to speech) and then the song/message. Additional functionality includes having the administrator be able to add, remove and edit songs/messages in the database. Sounds in the database should be in a format that can play over the cellular network. On the webpage responding with a failed or successful message after parameters are entered.
