Project Description:
We are a Market Research Company that preforms telephone surveys. We have our own web surveying platform which we use to actually conduct the surveys. Our call centers have produced as many as 1 million calls in a single month. Successful completion of this project will lead to a lot more work. We are looking for a developer to implement the following customizations to our VICIDIAL Software:
We would like the capability;
o To attach multiple lists to a single campaign
o Have control over how the lists are dialed (evenly or with priority).
o To have the list quotas be controlled by our Web Surveying Platform. (When a quota is met on a list, our Survey Platform shall inform VICIDIAL and the list shall be deactivated).
o When a survey is completed on our Survey Platform this information is passed back to VICIDIAL which will record the call as a complete, hang up the call and dial the next number.
Developers will be using a SOAP interface to communicate between our Surveying Platform and VICIDIAL.
Developers will be working with our Surveying Platform engineers.
Good Communications between us is very important.
Chosen Freelancer will have to sign a NDA.
