We would like to have the Elastix Call Center Customization as follows :
1. Support for automatic preview dialing (copy phone number, dial button).
- The possibility to realize manual outgoing calls for the login agents that could be by preview dialing/ web dialing
(or copy and paste the calling number to as softphone).
2. View on the team leader (TL) monitor :
- Team Leader of each group of agent can monitor online status, number of login agent,
- Number of agent ready to answer call, number of speaking agents, the number of calls waiting in queue, abandoned calls.
3. All calls (incoming + outgoing) will be recorded.
- Searching by date and time, contract number, agent identification, incoming line, client's telephone number.
- Begining, end and duration of each call will be displayed.
4. Dashboards (screen) :
- Shows the online status of calls by various groups / lines
- Basic statistics, such as no. of ready agents, no. of calls in the queue, max. waiting time in the queue, etc.
