PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN Service

Project Description:
Centrally managed VPN services on two servers with support for PPTP/IPsec, L2TP and OpenVPN protocols support. Both servers as well as future servers will be administered from a Management Server which you will also set up, complete with Mysql, Billing System, Freeradius Authentication setup. Once connected, the clients is able to browse the internet anonymously using our gateway server securely.

I expect you to discuss this project before posting your final price. Priority shall be given to bidders who prove their expertise and can deliver this project is a short time.

Clients can be from devices and OSes that supports L2TP/IPSEC, L2TP / OpenVPN protocols (Android, iPhone/iPad, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7).

Winning bidder shall document step by step instructions on how the established system was setup using a presentation or pdf file (not locked in anyway using password) in a professional manner. The document shall give enough details in order to use the Management Server to add more servers and more IP's in the future without having to come back to you.

Ports/iptables control like blocking spam mail ports and others as requested during setup period.

Each client will have its own unique certificate. Certificate will be generated by the Management Server and delivered to the client. Certificate will be username.crt if possible. User's login info and certificate to be automatically emailed to users upon package purchase or free trial.

Servers shall provide 128-bit or 256-bit encrypted connections.
Servers shall be set up with a firewall.
Servers shall be set up with HAVP (HTTP Anti Virus Proxy) to provide users with safer surfing.
SMTP shall be disabled on servers.
Ability to assign random ip from the IP pool to a user or a dedicated IP.


Creation of a Management Server to centrally manage VPN servers, IP management, user management, billing management, and data monitoring. The Management Server shall be integrated with our website and the VPN servers. The Management Server shall allow us to add new servers in the future. The Management Server shall also be integrated with clickbank API to enable users to purchase packages.

User management with Admin dashboard to include:

User account registration
Activation / Deactivation of user accounts
View / modify Server status
View logged on server details
Adding / deleting / modifying VPN packages
View user information (Purchase, Last Login, bandwidth used, and Current package details)
Auto-disconnect users if idle 30min
Set maximum bandwidth for each package
Set maximum connection speed for each package
Individually set maximum bandwidth for specific users
Individually set maximum connection speed for specific users
Limit connection speed per user or per entire server
Assign dedicated IP's optionally for specific users


Users should be able to log in from our WordPress website and to:

Purchase a package
Create account (user emails for login and password)
Check account validity period (when will the package expire)
See their remaining quota
