Project Description:
I have a dedicated server and I am experiencing some issues with my emails. Please read below for a very thorough description.

Since I have a dedicated server the server root email account was set with root@ IP as the default email account. For years I have been able to login to this root email account and view emails. My server is set to run cron jobs and other tasks and this root email account would receive these script messages. My website also send php script emails to my customers and the root email account would receive any failure notices. That is where I would check for these failures so that I could get back in contact with my customers so that I can correct their email to make sure they are getting the product they have purchased.

Now I am unable to login to this root email account. When I go to the roundcube login page and enter the credentials for logging into the root email (default) account, it logs in, but then redirects to one of my other email accounts (webmaster@).
$30 To the first freelancer that solves my problem below

When in this webmaster account I can see a folder there with the root email account but I do not see any failure notices.

Now I am not sure if this lack of seeing failure notices in the root email account is due to the auto redirect when logging in or if it is related to this next issue- Please read below.

So none of my email accounts that I have set up in cpanel are receiving failure notices. They have all been established email accounts for years and have always received failure notices when outgoing emails were incorrect, however we have noticed over the last few weeks that failure notices have nolonger been received.

We can send emails out and they get to our clients when the emails are correct.
We are also receiving emails properly from customers.
We just are not receiving any failure notices when we try to send an email to an incorrect email address.

We are confused as to what is going on, and have tried to trouble shoot this issue our self but nothing we have tried has corrected the problem. We have consulted godaddy support and they cant solve the issue since we have a dedicated server we do not have support.

So as my feedback here as an employer shows that I am a great employer, I am offering to award and pay $30 to the first freelancer that can advise me on how to fix this issue with a detailed explanation that I need to do that works. Please PM your solution to my problem-if it works I will award and pay right away.

Thanks and look forward
