Recover or Reset Administrative password for the following

Server is running Ubuntu 12.0 O/s ( i do have the root password)
Oracle virtual box is installed (dont have any password)
2 VMs are running on the same hardware
Windows 2003 server with Exchange
Windows 2003 server as DNS


also present in the environment is pfsense firewall that may need to be configured remotely, we may or may not have the password for the pfsense or the host o/s which is BSD
we do have statis IP addresses
the internet connection on site has dynamic IP

2 Citrix-XEN servers which are hosting 2 VMs with live data
