On a centos box
I need to have 2 vpn server
1 IPSEC server ( open swan looks good)
1 PPTP server (poptop looks ok)

If possible it should have a web interface for easy config

you have to create 1 or 2 tunnels for me
You have to give me instructions on how to create new tunnels
