This is for a Corporate Mailing Solution:
Point #1)
We are having 2 or 3 Linux Ubuntu OS servers.
All of them (If 2/3) need to be Synchronized in such a way that If Server 1 is down then Server 2 & 3 should work as a backup, if server 2 is down then 1 & 3 Should be working to support the system. That we generally call it Server Mirroring / Server Synchronization.
Point #2)
We are planning to setup Zimbra Mailing Setup. and 5 Domains would be having Mailing Solution for the same.

Point #4)
We don't guarantee now at this point of time, but based on the selected contractor's performance, we may select him/her on a long term contract.
