Bridal Blog Animation and Background Template

Animated Header: I am creating a bridal blog and an animated header and template background is needed. For the blog header, upon the page opening I want a bomb to be displayed on the left hand side with a fuse that lights up frome right to left. When the bomb blows flowers, candy, trinkets, shoes, and sparling diamonds fly to the right with white smoke as a background and then the word "POOF" reveals a bride, bridemaids, and a sparling tent in the background which is highlighted with flowers and sparkling stars. I also want the animation to have a black (in cartoon caramel or mocha colored) bride with various complexioned bridesmaids. Exaggerated smiles on all the faces are required with a crowd of onlookers that replace where the bomb was on the left side, various complexions again and all cartoon faces must have wide eyes or stars to signify that they are wonderstruck. I want the header back ground to be white, the bridal dress white and bridesmaids dresses to be soft pink. The flowers from the bomb should be soft pink, peach, turquoise (roses or flat looking flowers that are big enough for the color to be seen, the tent should be gray and properly sized in the logo as an item in the distance behind the brides and bridesmaids, there should be (3) bridesmaids, the sparkels on the tent and from the bomb should be animated as to show sparkle. The bomb's color should be gray, the pairs shoes from the bomb should be soft pink, peach, and turquoise (3) pair with one each color. The bride should appear from behind the "POOF" in the middle of the bannerwith the bridesmaids beside her. The tent should be further off to the right in the background as if in the distance. I want the tent to shine as if the sun is emanating from the inside and the tent should be heavily cartooned, white and outlined in black. I want the bride to have her hand on her hip, smiling and looking forward.
