PNG Logo 200x100(repost)

I need a skilled designer to create an ad logo for our site. site is www dot tvfilmrights dot com dimensions are 100 h X 200 w Although it is a rectangular shaped logo, I would like the corners rounded, and the edges rounded. Looking for that glossy 3-d effect. background should be midnight blue, logo and lettering should be lighter to create contrast. Title should be similar to logo in header of site ("TV Film" on top of capital "RIGHTS" with small ".com") but different color, perhaps a light blue 3-d to contrast with the midnight blue background). Under that title design, the following text: "*The Industry's Marketplace for Scouting & Selling Scripts, Concepts & All Intellectual Property Rights*" I need the logo to have transparent background (i think that's png) so that it can be placed on any color page.
