Look over log files and server setting to see why the server stops allowing rdp,vpn, teamviewer connections

Project Description:
I have a server that for whatever reason seems like all network connections stop or the server freezes Im not sure. We are new to it support being a pc repair company and this a little above my head. This morning around 4:15am the server stopped sending checks to my msp software, also the client said the last email she got was right around the same time. This also happened 3 days prior and they lost email, I couldn't connect with vpn, rdp, or teamviewer. I need someone to tell me why it is doing this and fix the issue. After the server is restarted the exchange starts working, clients get email, and I can remotely connect. I did notice someone is trying to log into the server that is not part of the ad ds user but they were kicked every time I believe
