Update:
To clarify the tagging requirements - on a typical project page, take (http://www.archdaily.com/308702/secundary-school-eb23-de-salvaterra-de-magos-joao-lucio-lopes/) for example, the tags appear below the date on the top left hand side of the page - below 24 DEC 2012 on this sample project I have linked to. These tag words should be added into the tag metadata for the images that are added in.
Bonus specification, not absolutely necessary:
Each Archdaily project includes location information near the top of the project after 'Location:'. This location information could be added into the photo metadata geotagging information within the Aperture library. Obviously the precise location of the project is not required (or known) - just whatever city/region Archdaily provides. The sample project above lists 'Salvaterra de Magos, Portugal' as the location - this is a sufficient level of accuracy for geotagging within Aperture.
