Background and Overview:
Threadsmith is a men’s clothing brand dedicated toward designing clothes with everlasting comfort and timeless style in mind. As the brand begins to grow, we would like to take this chance to bring fresh changes to our current e-commerce site, www.thread-smith.com.
Currently, our site is built off of the Shopify e-commerce platform. However, with the checkout page hardcoded within Shopify, our design options are limited and we are unable to customize the page to our needs. We are looking to move away from this platform to one that is more flexible in terms of site customization and to bring more functionality to the back end to fit our e-commerce needs. Threadsmith needs a web developer who is focused on details and has experience in developing e-commerce websites on platforms such as Magento (www.magentocommerce.com) or Drupal (www.drupal.org).
