Magento - Google Page Speed Recommendations

We are looking for someone to implement Googles Page Speed recommendations for one of our Magento stores. I will provide the URL to contractors of interest but here is the overview - [login to view URL]
Couple of things to note - the site is currently on shared hosting (will shortly be relocated to dedicated) although this shouldn't make a difference to the page speed recommendations from Google. The site uses a CDN.
You must have performed similar work. No extension installation without prior approval.
