I need help with the following problems on my client's site (iamastuffedanimal.com):
1. Not receiving a confirmation email when they purchase like the person Meghan below:
I have two orders I have placed. One was about a month ago (buddy name: Taron Leidy) and one I just placed today (buddy name: Meghan Burke).
Once I placed the order today I did not see a page come up confirming my order. And I cannot order it again because I used a coupon code that can't be used twice obviously.
But again I have received no confirmation email for either of these; this is very nerve racking.
I need from you a confirmation and details of each order. My email is .
I need both of these by June 18th and this is becoming frustrating.
2. Going through the process of filling out the form for a custom buddy and then when they go to check out the cart goes empty. When people get frustrated with this problem above they just give up--Like a customer Adam who was about to spend over $1000 in sales and finally just gave up and went to another company because he was having trouble with the store. I can't have this happen everyday, there has to be something wrong with the Web site.
3. We are using coupon codes for a Groupon promotion. When people use the Groupon code they purchased in conjuction with payment (paying for additional items on our site) sometimes they don't receive the order confirmation email. Here is an example: Order # 100001634. I looked at the order on Magento and it even says confirmation email not sent and "processing". What is happening in this situation?
