Magento banner, reviews, countdown + social media discount

Project Description:
Hi freelancers,

I'd like to add some functions to our multilangual watchband store.

- The main banner must be clickable and editable. So I can make a action with a discount for a specific product or something.
- I'd like to have the reviews as shown in Feedbackcompany.nl of our dutch store Horloge-bandjes.nl shown at all urls in that store below the left menu.
- I'd like to have a simple countdown module, which counts backward to indicate the time remaining for/before promotions, sales, discounts, registrations, or whatever else.
- The guestbook has to show not only the form but also the reviews left in that guestbook. Now these aren't visible there.
- I'd like to have shown a coupon code shown if people use the social media at the thankyou page. That way people are likely to share more of our store. For instance that people who share get 10% off, or a coupon for € 2,50 or something.
