We have an extension that we purchased called ADVANCED REPORTS from http://ecommerce.aheadworks.com/magento-extensions/advanced-reports.html
It is no longer working, and aheadworks will not help because the support period for our purchase is over. Is there a way to make it work again for all the carts? In particular the "Products by Customer". The functionality looks like it exists, but it is not working or enabled for us. We would like to be able to get this type of reporting from Magento to help cut down on the amount of work/time it currently takes to "track" this for them. Right now _ has to manually go through every order to find out who ordered specific items that ___ wants us to track (i.e _).
If there is another option for creating those kinds of reports, that would be great!
When trying to "change attribute set..." for an item, the system re-directs to the front end. For example, the attribute set for ____ needs to be changed from "Bulk.Deli.POS-Misc.POS" to "Special.Stock.POS".

Please configure the "Stock Availability" field on the "Inventory" tab to automatically re-set to "In-Stock" when the quantity is greater than 0. Right now the system automatically changes this field to "Out of Stock" when the quantity gets to 0, but does not go back to "In Stock" when the quantity goes above 0. This has caused some problems with items not showing up on the front end after they have been received, because this field has to be manually changed back.

The _ cart does not have the "change attribute set..." option under the "Actions" drop down. Please make this available... similar to what is on the _ cart.
Install nivo slider on the multicart (_) set-up for all three carts separately just like it is set up on the _ site so I can change each stores images to have their own.
